Love there fries and shakes. One of the few fast food places that you can actually drink a shake through a straw. Most places give you a straw and spoon because they know you are going to get lockjaw and a brain aneurysm if you don't give up on the straw and go with the spoon😱. As for the food I won't give them 5 stars though until they leave the mushroom Swiss burger on the menu. Tired of the seasonal promotion junk.

this whataburger has went downhill. the manager? i don’t even know how they have the title. there’s hair on my food. pic for reference (and i KNOW it’s not mine), they forgot the extra cheese on my food (i paid for) they forgot to add cheese on my boyfriends (paid for) the sweet tea taste like syrup, oh and they forgot our honey mustard. the person in front of me, they forgot extra cheese on theirs as well and their bbq sauce.

This whataburger is extremely slow. Don't come here if you're in a rush. Took 22 minutes to get food in drive thru this morning and all I ordered was a honey butter chicken biscuit meal. Food wasn't even fresh for the wait I incurred.
