This is not the first bad experience there but I’ve had enough of poor quality service and customer service.

Ones I get to the window the cashier takes my card then tells me there frosty machine not working. Ok so the 2 things I wanted to go with my order I can't get now so I ask for a receipt OH that's not working either. I paid with card so if I ask for a refund it will take 3 to 5 days so I just wait for my sandwich. Get my food and I was mad so I didn't check it cause the manager was completely unprofessional saying to the cashier "it's not working what she want us to do." So when I get home and check my food my chicken sandwich is made wrong. So I didn't get anything to eat.
