I paid for two large combos and somehow ended up with one large and one medium fry. The managers and drive through staff were also extremely unprofessional, whoever was working the drive thru intercom couldn’t even speak up and deliver decent quality customer service I had to repeatedly ask multiple times what did they say. Especially considering there’s about 10 employees and only one other guest at the time of my visit and he was in the drive through. The staff was more concerned about their socializing than serving guest. All I wanted was a cheeseburger, I could care less how much frosty girl paid for her wig and nails and where she got them from. Maybe they should be less concerned about their hair and nails and try a hat, hair net and gloves while preparing others food. Nasty environment, nasty food and nasty staff.
- AAAmy AlonzoDec 15, 20255.0Only one thing it was so hot in there I know it is cold weather but the heat was on a little bit to much me and my husband have heath problems and we had to eat in a hurry and leave an when we get ready to leave we was getting a refill on our drinks and I had to hand my husband my cup to refill mine I had to go head a go out side I was getting sick for getting to hot and I had to use my in inhaler my asthma head started up big time so way it is cold weather an I want to eat Wendy's I I am going to go through the drive through and take it home to eat are I will set in my car and eat it and tell it not cold out there and hot out there where the ace is back on then I set in there a again merry Christmas 🎄
