So I just asked for my drinks without-no other choice but if I’m getting a combo I’m getting the drink. Pulled around, paid and waited. And waited. When my order was brought to the window & handed to me I asked for ketchup. I received 2 packs of ketchup. I get home & the tea is SOUR! One burger was correct and the other had no cheese on it. It was a double baconator w/ no cheese but otherwise correct. I can’t believe I paid $28 for a meal that really wasn’t great. I was expect more from Wendy’s. Wendy’s is a little more expensive but usually worth it. It just wasn’t worth it today!

Went inside to order, the girl there holding a spray bottle and a rag, rolled her eyes as she saw me approaching the cashier. She logs in and looks at me to order and I start to order. Half way through my order she just walks away. No communication as to what she’s doing or “can you hold on one second” nothing. I tried to order a sandwich switching a bun (I have a dairy allergy and cannot have a premium bun) and she wouldn’t let me. She also laughed at me when trying to order. I almost walked out to go Burger King since I know they would treat me better. They were out of just regular Coke. Floors and tables are always so sticky. My order came out correctly, however, that is the last time I will ever go to this Wendy’s. This is not my first bad experience in this particular store.
