They had to brew the coffee, but then took another 10 minutes at least to get the 3 item order together with there crew of at least 6 working, and no apologies for the wait or even acknowledgement of it. And they weren't even busy at the time.

When she passed out my drink, I asked for a couple of napkins due to me having something on my hands. She started "pull around to the double doors, I will bring your food out, we're cooking your wedges." She proceeded to shut the window. I didn't move until I received the napkins. I know food cost are always monitored, but food cost went out the window for ketchup and jelly that I didn't ask for. I asked for a maple bacon croissant but got it on a biscuit.

There was no one else in line, but I was asked to pull around to the front because they were “waiting on fresh fries”. After sitting out there for almost 15 minutes with 3 additional cars behind me, I went inside and was told “sorry, we’re short handed”. I get pulled around every time I visit this location no matter the amount of traffic. Maybe someone from management needs to get involved?!?
