  Employees are rude. Make it a point to be curt, to grimace, and never say thank you or you're welcome. Just go somewhere else.

  At the drive thru, ordered 50 bucks worth of food. Asked the person face to face if I could have mild sauce. She yeah, in the bag. Like an idiot believed her. NOT ONE SAUCE PACK, NOT ONE. Is it because taco bell is so hard up or is it because it's easier lie to someone than to reach over and hand sauce packs to a customer?

  I usually love Taco Bell but the one on airport did not greet me I was sitting there and me and my husband were standing there 15 to 20 minutes before anybody didn't even look up and even knowledge that we were even standing there I will not be back to that one

  Person in front of me took forever to order their food. I pulled up a minute after they closed and they wouldn’t take my order, which wouldn’t had been a big deal had their not been 2 cars ahead of me and 5 behind me leaving me stuck for about 15 min. They need to have a way to pull out when scenarios like this occur
