- SBSamantha BrooksDec 30, 20252.0Milkshakes wasnt that great tasted like ice cream and barely had any oreos in it.. the oreos was chunks just in the top of the milkshake instead of crumbled up throughout the milkshake.. didn't get a straw. got a order of cheese sticks and had to call back in to get dipping sauce and they then told us they were out of the dipping sauce but they could give us ranch or something other kind of dipping sauce . They should have told us that when we ordered the cheese sticks in my opinion

Several other customers were being ignored as well and the customer next to us had to ask several times for items left out of their order. We're traveling and once we got to our hotel, we did NOT want to go back, especially with zero assurance that anything would have been done to make things right. Avoid at all costs!
