Employee finally came to window and said the “bell”wasn’t working and said it’s the middle of dinner time and we are busy. Said not enough staff to answer phone. Not my first bad experience with this Pizza Hut! Extremely rude staff!

Called up there and they forgot to make our order. Even though the guy on the phone said it was headed to our delivery address. The app updated to "preparing order". And now Door Dash is picking up the order and it's 15 minutes away. I will not be spending over $35 at this location ever again. I'd rather go to a different pizza place at this point.
