The server got upset and rude because I paid with a card and change. He wasn't schooled on how to do it. When u order food u should be treated with kindness and a smile. This store is pathetic.

- CPCourtney PhillipsSep 25, 20253.0I ordered Pizza Hut delivery online tonight. Ordering was easy, delivery time was right on, the delivery person was super nice, and the pizza was hot and fresh. However, the pizza sauces (marinara & BBQ) were swapped on the two large pizzas I ordered. The chicken incorrectly swapped to BBQ was fine, but the pineapple/ham wrongly put with marina was HORRIBLE. I gagged on the first bite. I'm knocking off one star for the mix-up, but I'm knocking off the second because the online Pizza Hut customer service was a useless waste of time. They did nothing to try and make the situation right--not even a coupon--and just said they were going to record the feedback. I'm really disappointed in Pizza Hut because while I love their pizza, the mix-up made one of the pizzas practically inedible. I do want to emphasize that everything else about the experience was positive except these two things. Again, the pizzas were fresh and hot and otherwise well-made, and the delivery person was on time, polite, and friendly.
