I was given the wrong order, and when I politely asked for either the order to be corrected or my money to be refunded, my request was completely refused. What made the situation even worse was the way I was treated. I was insulted in front of my kid and asked to leave the place in a very disrespectful manner. This had a serious emotional impact on my son and left him in a very bad state. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years and have never experienced anything like this before. Sadly, this only happened due to the unprofessional behavior of the current manager. Customer service was nonexistent, and there was no respect or appreciation for loyal customers. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this place.
