    The girl who answers the phone wouldn’t tell me if my pick up order was ready when I asked She said I’m not sure it’ll be on the counter if it is.. You can’t walk over there and look?? I got my 2yr old with me I’m not trying to sit inside and wait. All she had to do was walk 10 feet over and look for me. How lazy can you be????

    It was terribly cold inside.This Panera place looked not so nice and comphy as previous.The squash soup was very sweet( that doesn't make sense),half of sandwich is too small for this price.Generally the place is pricey for such size and quality of food..

    Worse experience at a Panera Bread ever. I walked in to pick up a order and it smelled so bad I instantly started to get a headache and had to cover my nose. THREE employees made eye contact with me standing at the register but never said a work. The place was EMPTY. The one girl was just walking around drinking her drink and looking at me. No one offered to help me until said "All three of you have looked at me and no one wants to say a word?" Finally the black girl in plain clothes (I assume a manager) says "I didnt see you" even though we made eye contact and then told someone else to help me. When I started to complain about my total experience she kept repeating "have a good day" in a sarcastic way. I will NEVER be back.
