  It's a Sunday afternoon 5:15pm, we are told to wait for 15min. I got the text message saying I'm on the line. After 45min, without any reason, they told me they can't take any more guests tonight, it was 6pm. Stupidest thing ever.

  I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman working the to-go orders tonight because he truly deserves recognition. It was extremely busy there was barely anywhere to park and it honestly seemed like he was the only one handling all of the to-go orders. He was constantly moving, coming in and out quickly, and never stopped, yet he still stayed positive and energetic the entire time. Even though my issue was completely my mistake, he took time out of his night to patiently help me figure out how to register and use my gift card so I could pay for my meal. He never made me feel rushed or like I was a bother, even with everything he had going on. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. Great customer service like that does not go unnoticed. Thank you for having such a wonderful team member working your to-go orders tonight.

  I went for my birthday on the 31st it was so hectic and busy. Our food took forever to come but we had a good waitress once they finally slowed down they sang me a birthday song. I’d definitely recommend making a reservation if you’re going to eat here because the wait was about an hour almost, but the second we pulled into the parking lot I made a reservation and we waited for everyone to come.

  Just had one of the worst experiences at a restaurant I have ever had . Server was non existent not coming to check on us but 1 time in the 2 hours we were there we were having to go to the bar to get drinks he was ignoring us as we tried to wave him down . The restaurant was pretty much empty maybe another 3 to 4 booths being occupied. The only good thing I can say was the steak was good but the service was the worst by far

  We placed our name on the list at 545pm on Sunday. We walked up several times to ask how much longer and everything was 10 minutes, which was a lie. it was a party of 6 ahead of us. Two move parties enter both are a party of 3 as we waiting. All parties were seated except us, even the two parties who arrived after us. We asked again for the 3 rd time how much longer at this time 5 minutes was said. We was seated at 630pm. and then it took the waiter 8 minutes to come and take our order at this time, the waiter come to the table and say. the hostess asked me to come on and take y’all order bc you have been waiting a long time. we placed a togo order.and left at 745pm. We will never return, we had a gift card. since christmas and wanted to use it. but never again. they need to invest in buzzers so people are not skipped. Long story short it took 2 hours to get our food and it was not packed. Several people waited to give there name no one was there to any take their name and walked out. Never Never again
