Why it took us almost 50 minutes to actually get our food, had me mind blown! Every time I almost pulled off, I said 10 more minutes. Then my teen said, atleast we will have hot fresh food. I relaxed thinking that was going to be the case, but no. I’m still heated I wasted money on food they couldn’t consume. Wasted time, money, & just to turn around & physically have to throw it in the trash while still hungry annoys me. I’ve never had nuggets so hard. My son let his sit in sauce, trying to soften them, that did nothing. The fries were cold, which kids don’t mind, but they were hard & super small end pieces. Which made them harder. My daughter’s hamburger said no onions,& still had major onions !! It had so much mayo on the bun, & she legit started eating when we got it,& it was so gross. Smell, consistency, taste, the quality. It’s mc Donald’s so I didn’t have high expectations, just grab kids food & be done. It takes a lot for me to complain, but after spending time, money & assuming I got the kids fed, & still having to go somewhere else after we got home because they couldn’t eat was a big inconvenience for me. I’m 8.5 months pregnant, I’m tired. It’s cold. I know things happen, & ppl make mistakes. I didn’t mention the other items they mixed up, or got wrong, i understand that. Really upset I didn’t take pics.
