I am not exaggerating when I say this: during the overnight hours, the "staff" literally sit inside and just ignore any vehicle that comes to the drive thru to place an order. 4 different occasions this has happened. Not just me, it's always at least one other car that waits several minutes before leaving. Management??

I went back on the app to get a refund and as of January 3 2026 I haven’t received a refund…i will update this review when or if this problem is resolved ….thanks

Seemed like I was a ghost when I was there. You know couldn't see me.the thing about those machines Is if I wanted to work there I would. Disconnecting of human interaction. Sure they may of been busy in the back heck the lobby wasn't that busy from my point of veiw. I won't be back. I did go to another MC Donald's and got served. The young lady behind the counter only wanted to service me after I said my peace and sat down in the counter booth. At the tillmans corner location service was just not good.

But, places like McDonald's are usually the exception. Not this one though. Dirty everywhere including the grease they cooked the fries in. Black particles throughout the french fries and very bad taste and I didn't eat them. Trash bins overflowing, floor slimy and dirty. Something to ponder about after you read this. Why is the south dirtier than the north ?

I waited over 25 minutes in the drive through for a basic order. Then they had run out of Dr. Pepper so I took 2 cups of ice, the fries were cold, and items were missing from the bag. This store needs a corporate audit to bring it up to the standards expected of a McDonald's restaurant.
