I attempted to call twice to speak to someone as I was not about to load my kids back into the car to correct your teams mistake...AND THEY ARE ALWAYS LITERALLY OUT OF EVERYTHING!!!!! Negative stars for stealing my money and wasting my time.

- AAannaDec 1, 20251.0i order breakfast from this location nearly every single morning, and today’s order was beyond unacceptable. my streak bagel was topped with grease from the grill — not normal cooking grease, but like someone literally poured it on my food like it was mayo or ketchup. it was disgusting. then i noticed hard seeds or gritty pieces mixed into it that almost cracked my teeth. it felt like i was chewing on eggshells. that’s how bad it was. i’m pregnant, and the fact that this is what was handed to me is just nasty, careless, and honestly dangerous. this location needs to get it together immediately because this is ridiculous.
