    This specialty grocery store is like an experiment for downtown Mobile's revitalization, particularly the St. Louis Street corridor after decades of neglect. What makes it more special is that the Greer's company is locally owned and operated. The concept works, mainly driven by a deli and a dessert counter with coffee. The small store is probably the best market for one stop shopping and prepared take-out in the area without going to a larger, busier grocery store or restaurant. Adding to the appeal is an indoor seating area and a rooftop patio. Some produce items can be higher than at other stores, though, but factor in the cost of traveling to other convenient and safe stores and it sort of evens out. Sometimes, a premium is necessary for convenience and comfort.

    Awesome grocery store! This place generally has everything you'll need. It may not be the exact brand you want, but I'm betting it ends up being better!!! Also, the food they have available for the lunch crowd is insane!! I have to be careful, or I end up eating lunch there 3 or 4 times a week. They also have "take and bake" items for dinner. In all honesty, from an OG fat boy, this place is legit.
