- AAAngelinaOct 14, 20251.0I am still in the hospital healing from giving birth 4 days ago, and my fiancé ordered 2 drinks. An iced brown sugar shaken espresso and an iced pumpkin latte. The shaken espresso was ordered as a large. When she tried handing him a small espresso he asked for it to be corrected; she first tried pouring it into a large cup and filling the rest of the large cup with ice (in front of him) instead of remaking it. Then he gets to the hospital with MY iced pumpkin latte and it has NO coffee what so ever in it. Imagine my surprise when I’m extremely exhausted and it’s just milk and flavoring. We both tried calling the phone number and it doesn’t even connect you to the store.
