  Staff is amazing Today a friend and I dined in at this Dunkin, half way through our meal a homeless man came in and started causing a scene. Clearly he was unwell and it was really scary for us (two young women) as he started trying to sit by us and harass us. Luckily the cashier noticed this and asked us to move closer to him. He stood in between us and the angry homeless guy in order to protect us and prevent things from going south. As we finished our meeting and coffee we asked the cashier to walk us out and he agreed. We finally got to our car and the cashier prevented the homeless man from following us out to our car and harassing us further. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything that they did, de-escalating the situation and keeping their customers safety in mind. Thank you to that brave cashier that was willing to go the extra mile to keep us safe. We definitely need more people in the world like him.

  I asked for small iced latte with less ice. This is what I got. 80% of the cup is filled with ice cubes. A few sips my coffee is done. And when I order through the drive through. I couldn’t hear what she says. It seems alright in the beginning but then her voice came back very light. I had to guess what she says for my order. After I said I couldn’t hear you. It seemed like she didn’t try to fix the problem and her voice was still low. It wasn’t a good drive through experience.

  Sticking the card reader out the window at the driver thru for tips is crazy work. Dunkin, pay these people better instead of them having to do this!!!!

  The lady at the window was unfriendly and acted like she hated her job yesterday morning. I went yesterday for a pickup order and they gave me the wrong coffee. My coffee was made wrong and I could tell they didn't care (I know because I make coffee daily with coffee syrups and cold foam) I could tell immediately the color was off but gave the benefit of the doubt. But once I tasted it I could tell they only added the hazelnut syrup I ordered in it and no butter pecan. They also didn't add full pumps of syrup. I had 2 pumps of hazelnut and 4 pumps of butter pecan and the coffee was STILL strong. I also added cold foam and they handed it to me with no cold foam. I circled back around bc I knew it was wrong she took my drink, and still gave me the same crap and just added a small amount of cold foam. The first time I visited it was perfect and I can tell they did it how I ordered it, but whoever worked yesterday was careless. I hate when they gaslight you and look at you like you're crazy when you're nice to them. If you hate your job don't take it out on me.

  I don't know what crew was working this morning when I pulled into the long line in the drive thru, all I know is they were amazingly fast. Great job!
