Went to get some coffee and breakfast this morning and was asked 5 times if I wanted to leave a tip, including being handed the credit card box and told to first choose my tip amount! I'm guessing because I didn't leave a tip at a fast food drive thru that I only received 4 small tater tots, not even half the bag and up a squashed sandwich. I can guarantee that I will never go here again! As a matter of fact, I will probably never go to any Dunkin again. I don't really eat fast food but on the rare occasion that I do it certainly won't ever be at a Dunkin again!!!

The lady at the window handed me just a regular iced coffee with the cookie butter flavor with no cold foam or cookie butter on top which is the second photo. I went inside hoping to have my issue resolved and all the lady did was put cold foam on it with no cookie crumbles on top and just handed it back… which I still said it wasn’t made correctly and they didn’t care. All I gotta say is that if I’m paying $5 to order something that I’ve ordered plenty of times before and it’s always been correct and then I get this lazy put together coffee, I shouldn’t have to still be disappointed when you don’t correct the coffee the way it is supposed to be made according to the recipe and setup. I am greatly disappointed with the quality of the coffee and the service to correct the issue.
