Poor customer service. Dunkin Doughnuts is one of our favorite locations but not this site. We were the only customer in the store but we were never greeted by staff. Three staff were behind the counter talking for several minutes. Then one staff came to the counter but did not acknowledge us. She simply tried to open the register with no success. After waiting for approximately 8 minutes we decided to leave without ordering or being recognized by staff. We cannot recommend this location to any loyal Dunkin customers.

I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. I sat at the drive through for 5 minutes with no answer even after saying hello. Drove around and someone was in the drive through window but didn’t answer. When I went inside two girls were just standing there talking. Not sure why nobody would answer me and instead just chit chatting inside. Terrible service.

My best friend pulled up to the window with a mobile order and was there for a significant amount of time waiting on someone to answer the window. After waiting as long as she could, she went inside and saw the employee just standing next to the window not doing anything. VERY unprofessional.

So, wow, just moved to the area. Went to get some coffee and breakfast this morning and was asked 5 times if I wanted to leave a tip, including being handed the credit card box and told to first choose my tip amount! I'm guessing because I didn't leave a tip at a fast food drive thru that I only received 4 small tater tots, not even half the bag and up a squashed sandwich. I can guarantee that I will never go here again! As a matter of fact, I will probably never go to any Dunkin again. I don't really eat fast food but on the rare occasion that I do it certainly won't ever be at a Dunkin again!!!
