- GRGlenn RainOct 22, 20251.0On a day with half off games and 5$ drinks I assumed it would be busy it was not, and I can see why. The food was not great and the service was slow the waitress dropped the tray then overcharged us which needed to be corrected, a lot of the tables had not been cleared and stayed that way until we left including a good portion of food from our tray which kept getting stepped over. Then we went to the bar to order drinks and waited 20 minutes for the one and only bartender who was trying to serve drinks to the entire place while the wait staff and cooks all stood around in a group doing nothing, we finally gave up and decided to not spend our play money and just go home. On the way out my wife used the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in any of the stalls and the paper towel dispensers had paper but the batteries where dead and didn't work. The problem is clear. BAD MANAGEMENT. If no one is made to work it is just going to get worse.
