  There is literally no one in the restaurant. They did not have sodas. The waitress lashay did not come and check on us but 3 total times. One to seat us, once to get our drink and food orders, and once to bring us our food. Then said "she" will give you your ticket and then disappeared. Not only were there no sodas, they did not put the brisket on my wife's burger and stated that they just didn't have it portioned out. They thought we wouldn't notice it missing in addition to my Philly cheesesteak being cold. I had such high hopes for my first time coming to D&B and after this experience, we will never be coming back here.

  We've been to this location countless times. Whenever we visit, we always play and dine. We love the games and prizes. However, our biggest issues are dining. Every time we come (mostly weekends), it's a long wait despite there being multiple empty tables available. We always wait for 30 minutes or more on average. Once we sit, it takes forever for the server to come to our table. When we place our drink orders, it takes more than 15 minutes for them to bring them out, and our appetizers take over 30 minutes to arrive at the table. Our entrees normally come out over an hour after we've been seated. Servers barely come to the table to refill drinks. The dining service is slow which ruins our experience. I've never had to wait this long for food at th New Orleans Panama City, Atlanta or Time Square locations. We are avid Dave and Buster's patrons. Mobile definitely needs to improve the dining experience.

  Way too expensive and the smell of marijuana overwhelms the place. If you're planning a drug test you don't want to be here because you're going to fail by contact high. The place is very dirty or I just caught it at the end of the night or something. Definitely not a place for children even though there's tons of great games there. You better bring your bank book because it's going to get expensive if you plan on unleashing your children there. Minimum if you have three kids you're spending 3 to $500

  The employees are polite but distracted. I don't know if it was a crew shift happening or what.... After 2 minutes of sitting at the bar I was finally acknowledged. After a different bartender came up, my service got better, to the point a manager came to check on me and share a few laughs. Overall, what started out funky got better. I go to D & B every so often for a nice salad during lunch. So this was definitely a moment to compare with other times. Generally, the staff is friendly, the food is decent, and the bill is not outrageous (pending your budget). Idk, Maybe someone needed a little more sleep or something...?

  So I hate to even do this, but everytime I come to this specific D&B, I want this Ramen pillow for my prize. I've been here twice now, and left with no prizes because I only want that one. And the workers always say they can't take it off the wall...but why do other locations let me have the one on the wall? They even said it had a hole in the back, but I would take it and sew it up because I want it that bad... I have never had this problem with other D&B's. Maybe locations differ in their rules, but it really defeats the purpose of getting the prize I want and playing games here...first time I've actually been disappointed by a D&B...
