- RRrizwanur rahman3 days ago1.0For the 3rd time that location has sold me bowl that is filled with rice that is so crunchy that you have to throw away the entire bowl. When they change the pan for the rice, they keep scraping off the nasty burnt, dried out crunchy rice that you can’t eat. I have personally complained about the same experience multiple times. It is sad to see how the food quality and service is so different in other locations. Management must address this issue, train employees better. As of now, I probably will not spend any money on this specific location.

I’ve never seen so many people standing around doing nothing, when there is literally a line of 10 people. Food was cold… waited for toppings and guacamole for over 15 minutes, meanwhile the food is literally chilling. The stations were a mess, and cheese was everywhere. As someone who is deathly allergic to dairy, this was a nightmare—and chipotle is one of the only places I can eat. They didn’t want to accommodate, and the woman serving me was very mad about having to do her job. Every other chipotle in the past has never given me any issue or complaint—nor has it ever taken them nearly 30 minutes to give me my meal. Everyone here needs to be fired. Never coming back, and I’m going to corporate.

- JEJake EFeb 11, 20261.0Yikes how this location has gone down hill. It use to be good but the last 3 time have been extremely disappointing. Rice has always been hard. ..no flavor ...sloppily made. I ordered the red chimmichuri sauce and paid for it thru the app...I was told upon arrival they dont carry it anymore...with no solution. I asked can I get a side of guac instead and was met with "it was only a dollar" a dollar that I paid out of my pocket. I ended up getting the guacamole but still the response was terrible
