As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The very nice staff said another store is able. We went to the drive up and was told to get the rewards from the app I had to order online. I had to get out of line to order. AND I had to purchase it online which I don't want to do. Other businesses let me scan my app and then when I pay at the counter it applies the rewards or earned points. The Checkers app is bad enough I won't shop here. That is the corporate executive staff's failure. Zeros all around because the lousy app prevents me from being a customer.

The employees are just there to do a job and get a paycheck, not mean, but not helpful unless asked very specific questions.
