As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

No pretzel bun, no lettuce or tomato on my burger that I asked for , no sauce for my mozzarella sticks, wrong size drinks and wrong size fries.

Her: No... Me: not even if I pay extra...Her: No.. we don't have that option to do that. Very dry personality. And I've had fries loaded with my order so when did it stop. They losing out on money if they have stopped.

It has been a few months since we have been there. On 12/8/25 I bought four Chilli dogs at the 312 Schillinger rd S. store in Mobile Al. They were probably the worst tasting hotdogs we've ever had. The Chilli was bland with no taste to it. The hotdogs left an aftertaste something like soap. We could not finish them.

They replaced fries with apple pies. My husband wasn't satisfied with the pie and asked for mozzarella sticks, but they were out as well. She stated they only had onion fries and said, she could only give one. I made 2 combo orders tho.
