When the lady is rude, repeatedly says she can't hear you despite almost yelling, forgets the cheese on the beef and cheddar, forgets the order was for regular not curly fries, after confirming twice, forgets to make a sandwich without onions, and the drinks are way too syrupy, it makes you wonder: are they doing it on purpose? Because at that point simply not caring doesn't seem to be an adequate explanation on its own.
