  First time visiting and I got an iced Blondie it was really good highly recommend. The drive thru is busy but moves quickly

  This is the best place to get sugar free and decaf coffee. They also just have the best drinks in general!

  NEVER CHOOSE THE RIGHT LANE!! It doesn’t matter if it’s the shortest lane, you will ALWAYS get screwed in that lane. This morning I decided to go and the right lane was the shortest. I’ve been screwed in the right lane multiple times but I decided to choose it anyways bc trying to get coffee before work on a Friday, I can only hope they’ll be moving them equally. The second the left lane started moving, I realized the left lane actually wasn’t the longest, their tablet just wasn’t walking cars up (y'all really need to get better about that too), but I was stuck bc of the cones. Now, I always pay attention in drive thrus and take note of who got in after me and all that. This 7brew needs to be better about paying attention to first come/first serve or trying their best to bc ik it can’t be perfect. However, I know y'all have cameras at the drive thru and can communicate with tablet to see who came in when so don’t act like it’s impossible. Why is it that the left lane will continuously move when the right lane stays still? From the last car in the left lane when I pulled up until I FINALLY got my drink, I waited an extra 10-15 min while they served about 10 cars who pulled in after me in the left lane. Then they had the audacity to bring tablet back out and only take orders in the left lane while the right lane still didn’t move!!! I was genuinely about to crash out. People in my lane only had one drink too!! Get better about that. It’s not hard to do 3 cars in left lane then 3 cars in right or something. You shouldn’t be letting 6 cars go in the left lane and then 1 in the right and repeat that cycle. Never had this problem at other 7 brews either as they’re usually getting drinks out equally, but boy do I ALWAYS have this issue at this one. I hate feeling like a Karen but damn since no one else has left a review about this (prob bc they’re too busy playing on their phones and not paying attention) I feel the need to so y'all can HOPEFULLY take the feedback and improve. So let me simplify here: Quit prioritizing the left lane only, get people their orders more fairly, and walk the cars up. The drive thru experience would be so much more efficient, and I wouldn’t be pissed off leaving your business debating why I even continue to go.

  Sat in line for almost 10 minutes . My car was the only one whose order was not taken before I got to the window . Sat at the window for 5 minutes before anyone talked to me then I was asked if another order was mine - I said my order hadn’t been taken yet . The girl then proceeded to take my order ( one drink for 6.25 & had to wait another 2-3 minutes for Makayla to find a machine to take my payment) I then sat there for another 5-10 minutes waiting on my drink - to which a girl named “ Mackenzie “ asked if a different order was mine - to which I said no and she goes “ oh what did you order then “ . At this point I just asked for a refund to which she caught an attitude and asked if I was “ doing okay and that I hadn’t been waiting for more than 5 minutes because she’s been out there all day “ absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. I then waited another 5 minutes to which they responded they didn’t have the ability to do a refund because they couldn’t locate their manager. So at this point I left with no coffee and no refund . I come here almost everyday and this is ridiculous. I would love for the cameras to be pulled to verify my story - I’ve worked in hospitality for almost 10 years and run a restaurant, unacceptable. Great coffee but terrible costumer service .

  I’ve debated for weeks about posting anything because I LOVE my 7 Brew drinks. But after my recent experience…. That’s sealed the deal on making this review. I thought this particular employee. Blonde hair, glasses, I believe her name is Faith. First encounter I thought. Maybe this girl is having a bad day or maybe she just hates her job & she’s here cause she has to be. Every experience with her when taking my order she’s short & rude with her responses. She acts like taking orders is an inconvenience. & let’s not talk about how she speaks to other employees in front of customers. She does not fit the 7 brew vibe at all. Everyone else is so welcoming & nice. Then there is…. Her. The girl who officially almost made me lose it in the drive thru. I pulled up & go to give her my number AFTER she greets me and she sticks her finger IN MY FACE through my car window and with an attitude says “hang on!” In the middle of giving her my number! Then has the audacity to say “okay now you can speak” Ummm…. Excuse me!??? I thought I was in the twilight zone but nope that was IN FACT REAL LIFE! If she’s going to work there I think it’s time to put her inside and keep here there far away from interacting with customers. Because she is NOT it!
