This location I have tried three times before leaving this review because I hate not to give a CFA 5 stars. The drive through is slower than the average CFA and this is far from the busiest location I have visited. The fries have been cold two of those times. My biggest disappointment from this location is I have yet to receive a "Blessed day" or a "My pleasure" that I have become so accustomed to from locations across the country.
- SMShastaney MillerApr 5, 20263.0This has always been one of my favorite go to quick spots. This particular evening I visited the Dauphin st. location after work. My order was charging more than quoted in the app (with no additional add ons) so I had to pull up to be helped by a manager. Once I did get my food I was told that everything was made fresh and repackaged. I thank the manager and went home.(10 min drive) When I got home my shake was literally spilling(melting), I was missing food and my food wasn't even warm. (So they didn't remake the order) I called immediately to let the manager know. I requested my full order be remade since I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant I wanted everyone to have fresh food. Gas is already expensive enough. When I got there I was told they could only give me the sandwich and fries that was missed. I explained the situation and was told they would have to talk to a different manager. The manager came back out and said they could only replace the missing food. I asked to speak with the other manager, well they never came to speak with me. At this point, I requested a full refund. She still had to get it cleared through the other manager who still did not come to greet me. I'm currently still waiting on my refund to my account and I kindly left the food on the counter. This was by far the worse experience with a Chick-fil-A.
