  On 3/28/26 the staff of Bonefish Grill helped me organize my proposal to my girlfriend. I could NOT have been more pleased! They actually went ABOVE and BEYOND what I could have ever hoped for! Thank you, staff, and Gabe, our server! He did a magnificent job!

  Brent was absolutely amazing from the moment he came to the table! The service was 10/10. The bang bang shrimp and lobster dip were amazing! My grilled fished tacos were not seasoned well and the shells were a little hard!

  It was just 'meh.' We went because we had a gift card. The server was doing the best she could. The food was really slow to come out and it was not really worth waiting for. The chimichurri tasted and looked like collard greens. The steak was cooked okay, just not the best piece of meat. The happy hour menu had a long lost of cocktails that were all half price. At the bottom of the list was an old fashioned. The price was not listed because it was only 2 dollars off normal price (15 instead of 17). The manager fixed this for us. It felt like corporate messed that one up. If you want bang-bang shrimp and good deals on girly cocktails during happy hour, this is your place. Otherwise, go find a locally owned alternative.

  Went here for lunch Sunday evening 4/12 and we had the worst waiter. (Black girl with dreadlocks) she didn’t bother to make sure we had silverware or plates for the bread. We had to get other waitresses to get her when needed. Worst experience ever, we won’t be returning. Someone needs to speak to her about her customer service skills. Horrible attitude and rude!

  4 in our party. 2 ordered chicken Marsala and chicken was dry. I ordered mahi-mahi and fish so dry couldn’t swallow it. I did not eat it. The mashed potatoes were cold. Ordered key lime pie which was 11.50 and size of piece of pie was embarrasing. It was so small. Too expensive for portion size. Pie was gritty, not smooth. Will not return. So disappointing.
