  Sent me cold food through door dash with no sauces. Arby’s roast beef is crap without the sauce. Chicken was clearly cooked this morning and was sitting in a container all day.

  Piss poor service, was told the shake machine is down plus the Arby’s app is on the fritz, I was unable to place a order, had to go through the drive thru where I was told to pull forward into a parking spot out front despite being the only vehicle in the drive thru. Why would the shake machine be down during the dinner rush on a weekday? Date of service was 2/27/2026.

  This place has the best customer service in a fast food environment. Friendly employees and the food was hit and correct.

  I love Arby's food, but the closest Arby's is in a different state. I live in New Orleans and have to go to Mississippi to get an Arby's roast beef sandwich. I really wish they would comeback.

  I haven't eaten here for a while and I had a taste for a roast beef sandwich. And it was great!
