  I went through the drive through after work last night and waited 35 mins on frozen in the middle fries and the incompetent employee didnt tie the bag of ice and handed it to another incompetent employee that dumped it in my lap and car. I drove off quickly because I was so upset when they employee came out the door yelling. They in turn called the police on me. Dont go to this sonic unless you want to wait a long time to be assaulted and trespassed.

  genuinely it's shocking to me how often this exact place messes up your order and messes stuff up. does this place even train their employees for one single minute or are they just thrown in to fend for themselves like scared wild animals?

  they can never get my order right. when they do, it's so mediocre it hurts. they're clearly understaffed because it takes ages just to get through to somebody, let alone obtain your food. the order stalls are broken half the time and drive-thru is so clogged that it takes hours just to get to the order screen, then you have to wait some more. items like portable drink holders are never available. this location is clearly under new management because all the friendly, efficient employees have obviously sought out work elsewhere.

  Buckle up, this is going to be a long one. I placed an order for three slushies on the app. Two of those were the real fruit strawberry slushes. My order went through just fine. It never said they didn't have any ingredients or anything. My husband and my thirteen year old daughter went through the pick up line to pick them up. First off, my husband had to tell them what was ordered and the sizes. They came back to tell my husband they didn't have any strawberries. He called me and asked me what I wanted to do. I told him just to get a refund on ours and get our daughter hers. He told that to the girl at the window. She came back and said they couldn't do that. He asked for a refund and to cancel the order. Again, the girl left, came back, and said I had to call the number on the app. He asked if they could just give him cash. They said no. He asked to talk to the manager. The manager REFUSED to talk to my husband. They said he had to call the number on the app. He called me and I told him I couldn't find the number and they needed to cancel my order so I could actually go through my app. They said they couldn't. He asked for the number on the app. They said they didn't have it and I needed to look on the app. He tried to explain to them I couldn't do anything because my order was still in process and I couldn't find a number. They shut the window in his face, started laughing at him, and called the police!!!! I had to call the Prattville store to get the number. Thank God for them and them being so helpful! The police talked to my husband, apologized to him and finally we got the managers name at the Millbrook store. Raven Fountain you should be ashamed of yourself! That entire staff ought to be ashamed of themselves!! We ONLY wanted a refund! I will never again

  This store used to be efficient at serving customers and all of a sudden the last few times I have been here, they have been super slow (basically ever since the new sign went up). Overheard that they have a bunch of new staff. The previous staff were much better.
