  Called the manager on Night Shift about an issue that I was having with my order about how my food was played over and made incorrectly, making her aware of what went on with her and her staff, and she immediately began screaming at me telling me to contact DoorDash, her attitude was nasty and she was very rude. The food they made look like pure slop they sent me and my daughter green hotdogs, Told me it was not her problem because I used DoorDash, although her and her staff made the food

  If I could give this location ZERO stars I would!!! Took almost 40 minutes of waiting and my food was only brought out when I had to press the bottom again asking how much longer and they proceeded to say to be patient after waiting so long! At this point just cancel the damn order. My food cold anyway!! And on top of that they wanna give me an attitude for checking on my order after a 40 minute wait! Ridiculous!!!

  This location has consistently maintained very slow, very poor service for years. It is an eyesore in the community. It is staffed by disinterested people scrolling their phones. Every time we give it another shot we are more disappointed than before.

  Absolutely terrible. This location has gone so downhill. I ordered a blast, milkshake, 2 pretzels and caramel bites (on doordash) When i received my order, no cheese sauce in the bag. 1 pretzel, caramel bites? nope. none. My chocolate milkshake? vanilla. I called the store, the manager I spoke to was so rude to me on the phone when I brought this issue to her attention and hung up on me. This isn’t my first bad experience here, I won’t be going back to this location.
