  No hard feelings but Not many issues I just wish the staff would pay more attention to what they are grabbing and actually putting in the bag. Great conversation was had with a older fellow there he was super nice and helpful but I was missing two snack wraps which they made but they didn’t even try to make the special fry’s with the ramen powder or what ever flavor it is they just threw a fry bag in and called it a day. Not a bad experience but I wish I could’ve got what I paid for

  The workers were nice but I waited in line for like 20 mins and at the time there were 4 people there including myself. I wanted a #3 with just cheese ketchup and mayo. Yeah its a nothing burger but im rly picky and like what I like. They gave me everything on the burger and it looks like they shook it up in the box. They also didnt give me any napkins to wipe this crap off :(((( This rly sucks plz do better. Ps. My food was also cold

  I just have to give a shout out to the gentleman who works the pick up window in the drive-through in the mornings. He always makes sure to make eye contact and tell you to have a blessed day. He seems so genuine and I think It’s awesome customer service. Shout out to the whole team for moving the lines quickly and the food being hot.

  This location is by far the worst went in placed an order took 25 minutes to get it it was cold and just thrown together spoke with the manager Brittany she was rude and unprofessional about the situation the front end worker Gerald was very courteous and professional he’s the one that was the wait time and just beyond nice with that store the problem is the children in the back on the line was to busy on their phones so if I could this location would get zero stars for speed and Quality of food it was NOT Edible

  I appeared to be overcharged so asked for my receipt in the drive-thru. Two young women were at the window and one told me there's no receipt paper. A few items were ordered but I asked for cost of cookies. I was initially given a high amount but she quickly told me the correct price after I politely questioned it--but my total remained. I proceeded to next window for pickup and she met me there with the designated cashier (for window 2) and said something to make her giggle. An inner voice told me to not go far. A burger was missing and it appeared one of my cookies was bitten--or intentionally broken. I went inside to get my missing food...couldn't look me in the face. MANAGEMENT, you MUST clean house before a deranged customer pull up in your drive-thru.
