    The rudest customer service at the drive thru that I’ve ever experienced. The attitude can be dropped a few levels. Of course the order was wrong. To spend that much money on awful customer service and marginal food is not acceptable. Apparently this place needs a house cleaning from top to bottom.

    Went yesterday to just get 4 double cheeseburgers. Stood there for 20 minutes before they finally had it together. The people that had been waiting to get theirs before I even ordered, we're still waiting when I left. It seems like chaos behind the counter and they someone from corporate to actually train their employees better.

    I don't eat McDonald's really but tonight was an example why I shouldn't I had paid for my 2 pies I had hope to get but never did. I waited 20 mins an had asked a staff member 11 muns in to it if they called my number never did..I walked outside an no cars were in the parking lot I'm sorry but I will never be coming back I cant even reach them through the phone number..I Iost my money an my time...never even got the pies..I understand its just pies...exactly. don't recommend to anyone.

    This morning, I got a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle, a hash Brown and a medium sweet tea with light ice when I got my order, my mamcgriddle was so cold and my hash Brown tasted and felt like it was fried twice the insides of my hash Brown was crunchy, not even white. I couldn't even eat my meal this morning.
