  The biscuit was over cooked and the gravy was watered down with no flavor. The chicken was over cooked as well. My daughter got food poisoning too! I will not go back to this location!

  My husband just returned and ordered FRESH cooked fries and nuggets. Both were cold when he arrived home. The fries were dried out and the nuggets were hard. I don't understand why we experience this EVERY TIME we go through the drive thru. If we go in, I can actually get what I order. The order taker even told my husband it would be a wait. There was no grill slip on the bag or items to indicate the grill person acknowledged the order. I think we're done.

  Made a mobile order. They didn’t have the strawberry shake so they offered a vanilla shake that was already made when I got to the window. I asked if they had chocolate instead and was told that was also unavailable. When I requested a refund I was told I had to request it through the app. The milk that came with my happy meal said it was good thru 20 Jan 26. Today is January 25th so the milk expired 5 days ago. When I asked the employee if I could get a milk that wasn’t expired he said they all say the 26th. I told him that was referring to the year not the date. All he said was “I don’t know” before closing the window. So now I’m hoping to be reimbursed for a shake that I didn’t get and a milk that was too expired to drink. Update as of 2/21/26 I had already submitted communication to the customer care team. I received an email requesting Date/time of purchase: Store location your purchase was at: Order point (Mobile, DT, Delivery, etc): Check-in Type: Front Counter (Attended), FC Unattended, DT or Curbside: Copy of email receipt: Considering this was a mobile order I do find this ridiculous to email back to prove I should’ve gotten what I didn’t get when they could’ve looked at my order history. I provided a copy of the email confirmation, receipt printed at the restaurant, and a picture of the expired milk. I received an email from the general manager on 2/1/26. A refund was not offered. Again extremely ridiculous not to just refund me. She did offer replacement food. But I’ve yet to hear anything else about it even after follow up emails I sent 2/7 and 2/12 asking how I get the replacements. Feels like a lot of back and forth and making me send extra information when the restaurant was in the wrong.
