This is the most inefficient place I've been to. With over 7 people working and they still can't help customers and get food out in a timely manner. When I ordered they said it would be 5 more minutes on the chicken. That turned into me standing there waiting almost 30! I then get home and was only given 7 pieces in an 8 piece box. I'll save myself time and money going some place else.

Went through drive through, got the strawberry cobbler and a drink. Wife got a biscuit with hash browns. Didn't get a fork for my cobbler, no napkins, and didn't get the grape jelly we asked for for the biscuit. And then the line was 10 cars deep and we had to go, so couldn't even get a fork and the jelly cause we had to go. Very frustrating.

In all of my times visiting, my order is rarely correct (specifically the evenings). My main order every time is an 8 piece chicken (only). So many times my order has large thighs that resemble breasts(but no breeats are included). Yesterday my order had small weird pieces of chicken and drumsticks- no wings- no breasts. The manager acted as if she was extremely upset with her young workers. She said that she would drop mine fresh herself. I was there quite a while. But I still thanked her. Ended up thighs and drumsticks only. So, I took another hit on my order being correct. When I went back today those same workers and manager completely ignored my presence. I'm sure there is nothing that will come of this complaint, but at least I have verified I spoke up about this consistent behavior. From a customer who enjoys your food, but unfortunately allowed his hard earned money to be given to those who don't care about integrity. If I get a reply, I'm sure it's about to be the same standard reply you're giving everyone.

This is the 5 or fifth time that I have received horrible sandwiches or food from this location and the first time I have really complained about the problem, I know that every one is having problems with getting good personnel to help manage a business of any kind, but this is getting to be such a problem that I don't think I will continue to patronize this one. I had to go to the V.A. hospital this morning in Tuscaloosa then drive to Publix in McCalla to pickup meds from the drug dept. Call home and my wife asked me to bring her some food home, I have been using this food establishment ever since it opened the doors. I am going to call this location myself and find out their difficulties. I ordered a broiled chicken sandwich with cole slaw, received a overcooked fried chicken with French fries. I would have a hard time putting such trash over my counter. Have a great day. Jim McSpadden
