- EJEbony J5 days ago4.0I usually have a pretty good experience at this location. I live near one much closer, but I mainly come to this one because of the great customer service. I can't remember her name, but she has long braids right now and she always welcomes us in great spirits. The food is always good, but tonight I was a bit disappointed in my Buffalo fries. Whole lot of buffalo and nearly non-existent ranch. My heart was really set on those tonight lol I know mistakes can be made, so I'm not giving up on them yet, but please pay attention to people's orders to ensure everything is correct. I've upgraded plenty of fries with wingstop and they've never been this bare when it comes to the ranch.

What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Our cashier, Sheila, was absolutely splendid. She was very friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful while we were ordering. She made sure everything was correct and took the time to answer our questions with a positive attitude. It’s always nice to see someone who clearly cares about providing great service. Overall, the combination of tasty food and excellent customer service made this visit a really enjoyable one. Big thanks to Sheila for making our experience even better Me and my Sister will definitely be coming back!
