  DON'T COME TO THIS TACO BELL! IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD...Worst TACO BELL I HAVE EVER WENT TO. For starters the young African American lady was extremely rude when she took my order. I pull up to the window and instead of letting me know before before I pay that it was going to be a wait she waited until I payed. SNATCHES the card out of my Hand and slams the window in my face. I literally waited for 20 minutes before eventually driving back around up to window. She told me that she accidentally served my order and forgot. Gives me my food with no apology for my wait no have a nice day ect. no words. Just hands me the food and walks away. my food is extremely cold and I see a hair in my food. when I try to get it replaced the store is closed

  Taco Bell is usually a place where if your order is wrong you just suck it up and move on because the employees are usually not very kind. That was not my experience here. I had a huge order in the drive thru for my family. Instead of nacho fries I was given the potatoes with sour cream on them. I went inside understanding they were probably out of fries and just wanting to see if the potatoes could be made without sour cream. Every one was so pleasant and it wasn’t quite clear why I was given potato’s (I had a big order so I can understand with such a long line at dinner time that mistakes happen) but they said they would have my fries that I ordered up in a few minutes and apologized for the error.

  Went to get lunch while on break at work. Ordered the ranch fries and 10 pc. chicken nuggets. Only got 8 uneatable nuggets. This is pathetic.
