  I have problems with them every time I go here. Today they gave me the wrong drink then tried to gaslight me into thinking they did nothing wrong. All I wanted was a new one because I am pregnant and very high risk therefore cannot have certain things. But instead they wanted to argue with me to the point I started tearing up. I will not be going back and I recommend everyone else please go to a different location.

  I have been coming to this sonic since I was little. It is always slow and usually the orders are wrong but last night was a new low. I pushed the button to order in my car and waited so long for someone to answer it the button reset and I had to push it again. Once someone finally answered I ordered three things a slush a blast and a plain ice cream cup. 15-20 minutes later they bring out my slushie and blast but the ice cream is missing. I ask for the ice cream and they say they’ll go get it. ten minutes later nothing. i push the button again it times out again i push it again and let them know its now been thirty minutes they say one second. ten minutes later, nothing. I let them know i am leaving now after 40 minutes of waiting for one ice cream and they offer no refund, no ice cream, nothing. im not expecting quality service i mean its sonic after all but still that was the most ridiculous experience ive had at a fast food restaurant in a while.

  I wish i could put 0 stars on here. I Ordered a doordash order for two simple milkshakes for me and my wife and they done ran out of ice cream. didn’t notify me or anything I waited for almost a hour until i called and the man on the phone was rude as hell about it. i wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. they need better management

  I honestly don't know how this Sonic stays in business. I am not exaggerating when I say I have never waited less than 30 min for my food here. I stop going for a few months and then try again, but it's always the same thing. My son asked for Sonic tonight and I'm ashamed to say I DoorDashed it just so I don't have to sit there forever. Now I feel bad because my Dasher has been waiting at the store for over 40 minutes now
