  Shame on the managers here. I placed an online order at 11:05 on a Saturday. Arrived 25 minutes later and there is only 2 people working. Both were kind and professional but you could easily tell they were stressed out from what appeared to be lack of co workers. My 30 minute order turned into a 50 minute order and the line of disgruntled people cancelling their ordered was front and center. I learned my lesson. Invest in local restaurants where the staff is better prepared and the food is actually good quality not fast quality.

  This was my 100% go to pizza spot. Its close, service was great, quality was great, you name it. Not sure what changed. But recently (last year or so) I've had multiple orders suffer from lateness 1.5hours or more(so of course the pizza is dry from sitting under a lamp) or not showing up at all. Today was the last time I order from this location. Made an order at 10am. At 11am I ordered dominos. It arrived within 30 minutes. It is now 3pm and this location has not answered a phone call, nor delivered my order. I reccomend any other pizza provider at this time.

  Pretty disappointed. It will be the last time I order pizza from here. I never thought I'd give up on pizza hut, but I have officially given up. I ordered pan crust but that's not what I got. I did pay a dollar extra for it but neither one of my pizzas had pan crust. I sure wish Pizza Hut was still the way they always were. The best pizza period, not anymore.

  Ordered pizza at 7:39 PM and were told our order (two pizzas, a 2-liter Pepsi Zero Sugar, and an order of cheese sticks) would arrive by 8:39 PM. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen. At 8:55 PM we called to check on the order and spoke with someone who turned out to be from a call center. We were told that if the order wasn’t delivered by 9:05 PM, we could call back and receive a refund. When 9:05 PM came and went with no delivery, we called back and were repeatedly routed and transferred between different stores. It honestly felt like a stalling tactic. While we were still on the phone trying to request the refund we were told we could get, the pizza was finally delivered. To make matters worse, our order was incomplete. After several more attempts and transfers, we finally spoke with Bonnie. She was sweet, patient, and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, she didn’t have the authority to resolve the issue. She attempted to get the manager to authorize the refund, but it was denied. We were then told the only way they would refund anything was if we returned the pizza — which is honestly one of the most ridiculous policies we’ve ever encountered. We’ve ordered from this location for years and have never had a problem, but tonight completely changed that. Between the late delivery, missing items, and refusal to honor the refund we were promised, the experience was extremely disappointing. Sadly, we will not be ordering from this location again.

  I ordered a pizza from Pizza Hut tonight around 7:15 PM and the experience was unbelievable. How does a pizza place run out of pizza crust that early in the evening? That’s literally the main ingredient in what you sell. They were running a special, but then told me they were out of the crust needed for the deal and that I would have to pay an extra $3 for a different crust I didn’t even want. That makes absolutely no sense. If you can’t fulfill a promotion, you shouldn’t be running it. To make matters worse, the manager didn’t seem to understand the problem at all. Customers shouldn’t be asked to pay more because the restaurant ran out of basic inventory. This is bad business and exactly why so many Pizza Hut locations in this area have closed. If I could give this experience a negative 100 rating, I would.
