  Love Jimmy John’s, they make the sandwiches so consistently good. Every time I go, they are so fast they are usually done making it before I get to the end of the counter. Of course, now I’m craving a sandwich!

  I really like Jimmy John's, but this location does not allow me to order any sauce on the side. It's absolutely ridiculous. I've asked several times to get the Italian vinaigrette on the side as I don't want my sandwich to be soggy by the time I get it, yet they don't have portion cups....ever. When I've asked about just putting it in a regular cup, they refuse to do that as well. Needless to say, this is very frustrating.

  I had a friend tell me not to go here because of their order inaccuracy rates and I didn't listen. The last time I went, I ordered a Beach Club and there were no sprouts on it. I sent a complaint to the company and they told me they were not serving sprouts at this time. I am sorry, but if something is written on your menu and no one informs me of it when I place an order, that is your company's error, not mine. I do not appreciate the snarky reply I received from customer service and this is the second time I have been here period and the second time I have not been satisfied with my service and order. I will definitely not be back and will recommend everyone else to avoid this place.
