The staff member who assisted me was a middle-aged African American woman with curly crocheted/ braided dark brown hair pulled back into a Boofy ponytail with a hat. When I asked about ranch, she responded, “Oh, I don’t know, sweetheart, I just got here,” and then proceeded to give me a lengthy and extremely snarky explanation about how to get ranch for free by leaving a Google review. Otherwise, it would cost $1.73. I listened to a spiel for three minutes to be told it’s $1.73. This whole interaction felt unnecessarily complicated and very sarcastic, leaving me a bit frustrated, it’s no reason to be nasty over a ranch the cost wasn’t an issue the nastiness was. I hope future visits are more straightforward and pleasant. People spend way too much money these days in these establishments to be treated so poorly for no reason a simple ranch doesn’t come with the wings would have sufficed.
