Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

To me it was just a regular Burger with a famous name used. There was nothing special about the hamburger. The CSR was very nice and helpful since this was my first time visiting and trying the hamburger. The price was reasonable.i did have the Onion rings they were good. Crispy and there was an onion in there not to heavy on the batter.#1 what a burger. Nothing was special to me except the staff was so friendly and great suggestive selling. It helped me make my decisions or I would still be in the drive through. I might give it another chance and try something different. I might recommend a friend to give it a try just to see if they liked it better than I did.

So who ever was running the place on Monday November 3rd at 4:15am in the morning needs to understand these factors. 1. You are a 24 hour opened place igoring customers is not ideal even in drive through's cause I waited for a response for 5 minutes I even said "hello anybody there" got ZERO response. 2. Have more awareness of your surroundings. I eventually pulled up to the drive through window and didn't see anybody at all so I decided to call when 2 of the employees walked right by the drive through window and didn't even look in that direction and put the call on ignore. So after that I just casually drove off and went to a different what a burger. 2. Who ever owns that location this is why you have below a 3-Star rating.

Me and my friends come here every Friday purely for Jacqueline and her service. She is the nicest, sweetest, and most caring person I’ve ever met. This is the best service I’ve gotten from any restaurant and I’ve been to some of the nicest places in Huntsville. I don’t get this place’s review as this is the BEST place to eat in Huntsville and I will die on that hill.

Absolutely the worst Whataburger experience I’ve ever had, and I will never step foot in this location again. They messed my food up not once, not twice, but three separate times — and at this point, it honestly feels like it was on purpose. I asked for a simple order: a triple burger with ketchup and cheese only, plus extra cheese and mayo. That’s not complicated, but somehow they managed to screw it up every single time. Instead of fixing the issue properly, the staff acted like it was my fault and gave me attitude. On top of that, the customer service here is a complete joke. The employees were rude, dismissive, and had zero sense of professionalism. They didn’t bother to give me my receipts back, which makes it impossible to even prove what I ordered if I wanted to get a refund or contact corporate. That’s shady and unacceptable. A restaurant should never withhold receipts from customers, yet they do it here without a second thought. This location doesn’t care about its customers at all. They waste your time, give you the wrong food, refuse accountability, and then treat you like you’re the problem for daring to complain. I watched how they interacted with other customers while I was waiting, and the same bad behavior was happening across the board: orders wrong, people waiting way too long, and staff acting like they couldn’t care less. Whataburger as a brand might be decent, but this location is an embarrassment. If corporate actually values its reputation, they need to take a long, hard look at the management and employees here because this level of service is beyond pathetic. Honestly, I’d rather eat at McDonald’s in Pinegrove — and that says a lot — than ever waste another dollar at this place. Do yourself a favor: avoid this Whataburger completely. Save your time, money, and frustration, because all you’ll get here is cold food, messed up orders, and the worst customer service imaginable. One star is too generous. If you care about your sanity, drive past this place and never look back.

Me and my family came in there on Saturday lunch time. The store was quiet and I had the pleasure meeting the store manager Ms. Lakisha. This young lady was so amazing, she introduce herself to me and my family and made us feel so welcome. She came over and check on us numerous of times and refill our drinks. My son was upset about not having a toy with his meal that after she entertain him he had forgotten about the toy. She thank us for coming and discuss to us about places to visit in the area. She just move in the area but already had places to tell us that could be us interest to me and my family. Thanks Lakisha it’s store owners like you that keep my family coming back.
