The lemonade was spoiled — it tasted extremely sour, smelled terrible, and the color was off (orangish-pink). There’s no way this should’ve been served to anyone. When I called the store, someone answered, and as soon as I started explaining the issue, she said “hold on.” Then I clearly heard her say, “Here, it’s a complaint,” followed by laughter in the background. I was going to let it slide, but my experience (and health) shouldn’t be taken as a joke. Someone could get sick, and your staff’s reaction was completely unprofessional.

I will state that there was a grand total of one vehicle ahead of me in line. I ordered a 4 piece chicken tenders with Honey Mustard and was charged for that. My order came out quickly and was hot but it was not what I ordered and paid for. When I arrived home 10 minutes I found that my order was wrong They had given me 4 chicken nuggets not chicken tenders. If your employees do not know the difference between nuggets and tenders then maybe they should not be the ones filling the orders. I don't come to this location that often but today it was on my way home.

I was not offered a refund but a replacement of food which I chose a hamburger which cost half what my salad. The excuse was that the manager walked out 4 days ago.

I ordered 4 Breakfast sandwiches.. 3 required sausage, all required egg.. They proceed to tell us that the EGGS will take 7 MINUTES to cook.. You've got to be kidding me! Yeh, Now I can see why they never have anyone at this location for breakfast!
