Horrible customer service in the drive through, SLOW and extremely rude. First tried telling me I needed to come in for my order even though I specified on the app I wanted to pick up in the drive through and then accused me of putting in my order for the wrong location because they “couldn’t find it.” Once they found it, we sat for almost 10 minutes at the window (with nobody ahead of us) for our food and it wasn’t even a large order or with any customizations. After waiting that long for everything, I’d expect it to be fresh and tasty but the nuggets were room temp and one of the burgers was absolutely drenched in mustard.

I ordered three items. Baked potato with sour cream and chives, it was so horrid, it was so overdone it was just colored green because of the chives and only had enough for about 5 bites. no sour cream came with it. I also ordered the spicy chicken sandwich which also was old overcooked and so very dried out. It was like they through an old chicken Patti back in the fryer, very dark and dry. I ordered a cup of chili which was surprisingly good. I was surprised as this location is normally pretty good.

Hubby and I stopped here around 7pm on 02/17/2026. We were greeted by a young girl who sounded like she didn’t even want to be there. She had a whole attitude while taking our order. I couldn’t even think because she just sounded like she didn’t want to be there, period. I told my husband to pull off because with customer service like that, you aren’t getting quality food. He insisted. They informed us they had no honey mustard nor any bbq sauce. Okay, that’s fine, but I get my chicken sandwich and there is no mayo. Filet had a microwaveable texture. Food was warm and forgivable, but the whole attitude and vibes were not.

I went to their drive-through tonight (Sat, 2/7/26 at ~5:30 pm) and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, taco salad and a chocolate frosty. It took at least 20 minutes, more likely 25-30 minutes, for me to get my food (I finally got my food at 5:58 pm), but they didn't give me a receipt so I can't confirm the exact time. However, I had been sitting in line for at least a few minutes when I noticed that it was 5:40 pm. When I did get my food, there was no tomato on the sandwich, and they gave me a Cobb salad instead of a taco salad. It was one of the worst drive-through experiences that I've ever had. I also tried to call the restaurant, but nobody answered. The lady that brought me my food did apologize and tell me they were understaffed, so I do give her credit for that. Otherwise, it was a miserable experience.
