Ended up being late for work arguing with who appeared to be a manager about rather my sandwich was a muffin or a burrito. 🌯 In the end another employee stated that the sign had been changed and the manager was wrong. Ended up leaving with a burrito and the worst ice coffee I’ve ever tasted. Instead of rushing to put a sign up saying new management she should have rushed to learn her menu. Ridiculous. I expect more from Wendy’s.

Then I heard the window open again and she said I take that back (which of course grabbed my attention) then she looked me in the eye and said Have a BLESSED Day! That meant a lot. Acts of Kindness ❤️❤️

I ordered a $8 sandwich PLAIN and then asked for a pack of BBQ sauce and the cashier said ok those are 38 cents a cup. I wasn't going to get back in line behind 4 people to pay for BBQ sauce. Next time I'll just get my ketchup, Mayo, lettuce, onion, pickles and tomato on the side and throw it in trash. Goofy rationale. You'll make up that lost profit elsewhere I assure you.

Watched them deliver food to a table while I was there and that was nice even though those customers seemed rude to the staff. I'd give these guys another visit in a month or so to check on their progress.
