    I wish I can give a 0 because for one everytime I call about my order being messed up they don’t answer the phone. For 2, every single time I order fresh fries they are always hard to where me and my kids can’t even eat them🤢🤢

    They got our order incorrect, when we let them know they so they could fix our order they gave us the incorrect order again. 30 minutes later from initially order they still had to put in the correct order. Ended up leaving without all our food because we were then running late for an event. Also both drinks ordered were pretty much undrinkable and tasted dirty

    Rude, terrible service. Didn't give us part of our order and accused us of lying about it. Food was stale and not worth being harrassed over. Tried to leave feedback, but no one contacted me. 0/10 stars.

    The black lady in the drive through today needs an attitude change. She was disrespectful and rude to my husband while he was trying to order, kept interrupting him and even told him to hurry up and order after she silenced him twice. Absolutely ridiculous. No wonder why they have 1,400 reviews and only 2.9 stars. Disgusting behavior.

    Didn't get order correctly so I drove back on lunch. Just to pay for what I ordered in the first place. Then after I was sold the extra tender I needed. To make a five piece one was raw. Plus the tator tots were still watery frozen taste inside. Food was horrible won't go back ever again
