I was happy to support one of the local school fundraisers and purchase a fundraiser coupon books with this location specifically listed as one of the addresses the coupons can be used. First, we called in to place our order. Girl on the phone said it could only be used online. Went online. No coupon code to enter. Went to the restaurant. Showed the girl at the window. She said we don’t take it. We asked for a manager. Because we had ordered on line they said we could not use. Manager ended up giving us another pizza. But, big hassle. We asked what we should do to use them in the future. Manager said they usually do not take them because they are a different franchise or something. Keep in mind, this address is printed in the coupon book. At this point, hubby is pretty frustrated. Manager & cashier definitely not customer service oriented. Appeared they they were quiet, annoyed with us. May have to trash the rest of the coupons we purchased to take our future pizza business elsewhere.
