Once I finally got to the register, the lady said it would be a while since they were running behind. She didn’t seem concerned in the least. I asked how long and they said 30-45 minutes AFTER I had already waited 20 minutes to make it to the registry and I got there when it was supposed to be ready. Worst Pizza Hut I have ever experienced. I will be driving to Valentina’s from now on.

Today was distinctly different and serves as my last customer experience. I learned that I’ve been accruing loyalty points and that they were due to expire. So I did what I ALWAYS do, I called to place an order. Unfortunately the points aren’t valid unless order is placed online. I asked how come, considering every order for the last 7 years was placed over the phone. The representative refused to help with a solution so I asked for a supervisor. He advised he was the Manager. So at 3:54 on 11/12/25 I advised him this would be my last attempt to order anything from them. His exact words “No Worries” and he hung up. I’ll miss my thin crust pep but promise I’ll never return there. Leaving Dominos now with an excellent looking pizza for $2 less than Pizza Hut.

What happened to that lil greesy residue on your hand and that crisp. I have never had such dry pizza ever in life like tonight. It’s upsetting because if you anything like me I eat out with the kids on special occasions which is rare and you want your food right! I mean it’s sad how people don’t care for their craft anymore and I’m sure they eat out and have high expectations I’m not feeding NOBODY what I wouldn’t myself/family yuck!
