On 10/1/25 at 6.55 a.m I purchased a breakfast sandwich and a Chicken Pesto Dipper. I was told the dipping soup is not prepared until 9 or 10 a.m. However, the day prior I ordered the same food items, I received the dipping soup with no problem. After being told I couldn't get the soup, I asked if the price would change or can I receive something that replaces the soup; I was told no, but i would still be charged the same price. As much as I spend I should have received a replacement item or given a discount. I will share this experience with others and I will no longer give my money to this establishment. Thank you, K. Garner, unsatisfied customer. P.S: my breakfast sandwich was burnt.
