- JSjanet spencerOct 25, 20252.0Oh my, I started to just ignore writing a review for the 4 times I have patronized this location, but McDees was my first job at 16 yrs.old and with modern technology, service should be more efficient. The drive thur is TERRIBLE! I don't know what the problem is, but I don't think they were told ,no one should wait more than 3 to 5 minutes in line. That's why you pull cars to the designated parking space until there order is ready,not have everyone wait. I counted 10 cars that left because the line was so long and at a stand still. Now I will say in there defense today I ordered breakfast at the end of breakfast hours, but the line is still too long at lunch and dinner times also. Maybe manager needs refresher at corporate, can't say but staff definitely need retraining. Food was cold also but they did get my order correct!
