  Food is always great. Food is never cold. Never ever cold. Drinks are good. My kids. Happy meals are so good. I don’t eat there, but my daughter loves to eat there.

  They did not have my frappe in stock, but the manager was amazing! She replaced it with another one and went way above in beyond! It's places like these that make me miss Alabama. I don't know her name, but you made my day! (Both ladies in the drive-thru 1/1/26)

  This McDonald’s is always the worst and I always reap my karma when I come here lol. They always take forever, forget simple items, and are rude at every stage of the drive through. We went this past Saturday night around 8pm and it was the worst experience thus far. The guy taking orders was snarky, we waited roughly 20 minutes (usual), and the guy at the window was rude. I understand we’re young and it’s literally McDonald’s, but he was cussing about a customer not pulling off when he saw them get their food. And he was sticking his head out of the window literally two inches from my truck window just to stare at the people in the drive through and cuss about how many customers there were. Then we get to the food window and there’s 5 people all staring at their order screens, 2 yelling about how there’s no cookies and they need to tell us they didn’t have any cookies (we didn’t order any) and they somehow still proceeded to miss a drink and three mcchickens. On top of that, they got our other food wrong lol! We literally asked for two of the sandwiches to be plain, how hard is it to not put condiments on there?? This McDonald’s is wild and I only come to this one when I don’t wanna drive an extra 5 minutes and I regret it every time.

  Very poor service they are serving raw food and you always have a long waiting time after ordering it takes forever to get your food here it's always cold then when you go back in and tell them they got it wrong the employees catch an attitude or always trying to get smart with you they have very poor management they also serve me some raw pies and I do mean raw they were not cooked they were very undercooked almost like they just took it out the freezer and put it in the microwave and served it mind you I had just placed my order on the app while I was there entire order was still cold WE COME TO THESE RESTAURANTS TO GET WHAT WE ORDERED NOT WITH THE TF YALL WANT TO GIVE US NOW I COULD HAVE CAME IN CLOWN ABOUT IT AND TORE THE STORE UP BUT I HAVE GOTTEN OLDER AND WISER MANAGEMENT STORE OWNER WHOEVER Y'ALL NEED TO GET Y'ALL CREW TOGETHER BECAUSE THIS AIN'T IT

  Very rude employees, every visit that I've made to the store I was picking up online orders for other people and had to wait for an extremely long amount of time only to be treated poorly by the employees and looked over as if I wasn't there. If I have anything to do with it I'll never be back! Allso the employees no longer have a dress code they are required to adhere apparently-they were wearing sweatpants and flannel shirts and messing with their face and hair while touching all over the food and drinks. If giving it a zero stars with an option I would give them a negative 10 Stars
