  Order made order sandwich x for it seems to be well done with extra meat receive, the sandwich didn't have extra meat, took it back app to the counter, let the manager know need extra meat manager never said anything is walked away from me, continue helping other customers while just leaving me standing there. 5 minutes later, come back with 2 overcooked.Really burnt patties with onions and also hair and wanted me to add that to my samsung instead of remaking the order.

  So, we got there and ordered at the kiosk, the floors were so sticky. We go sit down and wait for our food. 20 minutes goes by and people who order after us get their food. We go up there to tell them about it and they make it but the sandwiches were so sloppy, they forgot the sauces, they forgot a whole 4 piece nugget and there was a large CARAMEL iced coffee but we got a regular iced coffee and when I got my ice cream cone, it was so tiny and the ice cream was falling off the cone and they didn't even wrap a napkin around it or tell me to have a good day and when I was standing up there waiting, the whole team was giving me a disgusting look. Worst McDonald's experience. We thought the reason the food took so long was because they had to cook more McChicken but all the food was cold, the fries weren't even salted and the buns were literally burnt.

  Manager thinks if you pay for an extra piece of cheese on a filet of fish that means you get 2 half pieces and that's it. But I paid extra for a whole piece of cheese and the sandwich comes with a half piece included in the regular price. So when I pay for a full slice to be added I should get 1 whole and one half piece kids these days!

  The OWNER needs to see this: I don’t want to share my experience elsewhere but here cause it needs to be heard & rectified. FEBRUARY 2nd at 6:51 AM When pulling up to the speaker, you should be addressed properly. The lack of respect & outside communications should be held until you assist the customer promptly. If this isn’t understood, find some new employees because it’s the job they chose so they should have no real issue doing the duties of the job. I got 3 hotcakes & bacon, let’s start by saying they were in fact not hot. The last pancake on the bottom was torn if I was putting the pancakes on the tray I would see that & correct it. I was always told never serve food you wouldn’t eat, serve it as if it’s yours. I was 16 when taught that at my first fast food job, I’m 31 so it’s stuck in my mind to live by the statement. The bacon was old, I’ll lightly give y’all the night before but yet still old. I’ll attach a picture. I say this with love, DO BETTER! This was again every morning so no excuses.

  So I went to this McDonald's and they told me that ranch is 27 cents and I know that is a lie. Because I have worked at McDonald's ranch is free as long as you ordered food. The food was terrible. The meat was still a little pink in my burger. And I also got a hot honey chicken wrap and it was horrible. And I know some people are going to call me a Karen I am not a Karen. I am just angry.
