I realized I was not getting my food anytime soon, so I asked this 80 year old woman and she just trolled her eyes and walked away. 2 other employees over the next 15 minutes asked me about the order & the old lady kept finding a reason to NOT complete my order, just moving slow on purpose. When she finally handed me the food, this old lady hung onto to where I had to practically rip it out of her hands & when I finally got it she started yelling about verifying the order (which I had already done with 2 other employees). I ignored it and kept walking while this old lady kept screaming at the top of her lungs and causing a scene. SHE DOES NOT BELONG THERE & should be let go!! If you can’t treat your delivery drivers/customers good, then you need to find something else to do for work, period. I’m also letting corporate know she needs to be fired immediately & I am definitely telling everyone I know to avoid this location.

I would definitely choose this McDonald's over any other location around Madison/Huntsville. I come here often to grab a quick coffee.

Issue is there’s one team member who has said he swears he “knows me from somewhere” every time i get to the first window. I am certain have never seen this person anywhere else. This social interaction is agonizing enough that I must refuse to get food here for any reason.
