  Tried my fries before I even left the lot of the drive-thru, warm! Very disappointing, it seems the food at this location is never fresh. You can't smell the aroma once the window open, nor once the bag is handed off to you, AND it's never hot to the touch. Just spent 20 bucks on food that tastes like it has sat on my countertop hours after I purchased it. I live within walking distance of this locale as well, so this is just frequently disappointing 😞

  Nice play area. I'm so glad I found this place! McDonald's lots of kids were here please put these back!

  Finally, my good friend and I are able to go to a McDonald's in Madison again! Bad experience at the one on Madison Blvd made us not go to any McDonald's for a while. I wish I had gotten names because I would praise them right now! I work at a restaurant, so I see things that "civilians" wouldn't see. The young man who brought out our food was smiling and asked if we needed anything else...the manager was ON POINT! I watched her directing her employees in a firm & informative way, without being a jerk. I was impressed and I haven't said this for a while!! Great Job Guys!! If I could have given 10 ⭐'s for service, I would have!! **The fries were hot and fresh, too!! Yay!

  So I do come here regularly cause my daughter is the manager and there is the play place for the Grandkids to play , but on 12/19/25 @ 5:51pm my daughter was on shift and my husband ( her step dad) did a survey. He did the high satisfied on everything so he could get the free apple pie like a lot of people do. The was not fresh so he ask for a fresh one my daughter say we always have a problem when we come here. Her dad was willing to wait the 12 mins on pies. The lady behind him was upset cause she was rude. It doesn't matter if we were her parents or not we are paying customers. I was really disappointed in the manager.

  I went in to order a meal. Two employees were bent over the area where the food comes out for delivery to the customer. 3-5 minutes later a male employee sees me and comes to the counter and takes my order, but needs the manager to unlock the register. He takes my order, and as I wait for what seemed an unreasonable time for fast food, I noticed the store is dirty, the manager was discussing time fraud with an employee that clearly lied about her time, another male customer came in and knew the employee that took my order, and they start talking and being, some profanity was used while the other customer starts dancing vulgar. By this time I still do not have the order, as the manager brings my drink to me, she says do you have two cheeseburgers ready, at that moment, I did not want the food. I told the manager to keep the food and the money, I also told her the story was dirty and her employee was cussing. My experience, the crew, more than one, is not dedicated, respectful to the customer and the business is not up too par. But it is fast food. As I started to leave, the male employee told me to have a good day and then started cussing again. GO BURGER KING!!!!
