  (Update: The store is changing it's GM (General manager) and i talked with her directly. She is making direct changes in the staff to better the working environment. She acknowledged all the issues and has a plan to fix the problems. The issues I was represented with, may no longer apply in the next few months) Horrible, Everytime I come here, the service takes 25-65min!!! No Matter how busy they are! The people working here are also rude and unhelpful. Overall a terrible experience... But at least the food is good ... (I order for one person, btw)

  Incredibly slow service no matter the time of day. In my experience, nine times out of ten an item is missing from orders from this location. Just ordered from this location tonight over the app for a mobile pickup order and still waited 15 minutes for my food upon arrival. The store was dirty and smelled very bad. When I got home I realized I had a missing item. I called the store to explain I was already home and did not want to come back to the store to pick the item up and would rather just receive a refund. I was told I would have to come back to the store to receive the refund. I will never be back to this location as it always under delivers with no redeeming factors. On top of all this, the fries I received tonight were unseasoned and very bland. The best thing about McDonald’s, the fries, were no good… which seems to be a very difficult thing to mess up but this location always manages to surprise me! At the time of writing this review, this McDonalds is at a 2.5 out of 5 stars. Honestly I’m surprised it’s even this high. I’m no fast food tycoon, nor do I claim to be, but if I was Mr. Mickey D I would personally visit this location and shut it down myself. How low do your ratings need to be before management steps in and does something about it? Unfortunately I don’t believe I’ll get an answer to this question but I do hope my review of this joint results in saving people the heartache of experiencing the absolute train wreck that is this McDonads!

  This McDonalds had some of the neatest double cheeseburgers I’ve had. Fries were hot and crispy as well

  I’m a door dasher and frequent this McDonald’s myself, and no matter when I come there’s at least 7 people in the kitchen and only 2 are working 1 is always rude and never helps you. And then there’s the one who is crushing it and that was Christopher tn he was awesome. He worked on the orders I had while everyone else left them be. This McDonald’s needs to fix there act or hire new management bc workers like Chris are gonna leave and look for places where their time and energy is valued

  This is the worst Mcdonalds. Me and my mom ordered 2 snack wraps and 2 burgers and we ordered a half and half tea. and we ended up with 1 burger and 1 small tea and a large tea and lemonade. they screwed us up in so many ways. my snack wraps was absolutely disgusting i couldnt even eat it because it had so much ranch on it. they didnt even give me my fries for my meal. and they charged my mom for the tea that she didnt even order. never eat here absolutely terrible service. this place should’nt even be open.
