If you don’t have something is there not a way to not block you from ordering on the app? I know Chick-fil-A can do this as I work for Chick-fil-A. If we don’t have something we turn it off so people don’t order it and get disappointed. Do better Dunkin!!!!

We stood there for several minutes and finally just left. The drive through is the same way. The other Dunkin’s in the area are always better.

- CSCris SifordNov 4, 20251.0Went in for my usual iced tea that I order from the mobile app and walk in as this location is very busy in the morning and I usually have my dogs and need to get to work. It was busy this morning but not overly busy. When I got there my order wasn’t on the mobile table. Eventually I was acknowledged and I said I was just there to pick up a mobile order. Again, wasn’t acknowledged, wasn’t even told, “ Hey we are busy-be with you in a min.” I was ignored which is a bit annoying but ok. They finally started my order and informed me they were out of tea. Started to leave and said I’ve already paid-the employee informed me she didn’t know how to refund me. Again I have the dogs and needed to get going so said never mind-I can deal. That would have been the end of it but she smirked at me. It was just rude. The employees this morning were rude. I get when people are mean or snarky but I was literally standing there waiting. I was a regular but I will not be back.
